💼 Key Areas of Responsibility
QC – Microbiology:
Microbiological testing, sterility/BET, MLT and culture handling, method validation, environmental monitoring and personnel monitoring.
QA – Stability:
Stability chamber monitoring, excursions, stability sample handling, review and protocol preparation, deviations and retention samples.
QA – QMS:
Change control, CAPA, deviations, self-inspection, audit response and documentation.
QA – IPQA:
In-process activities, line clearance, AQL/APR review, sampling work and GMP compliance on the shop floor.
Engineering:
Plant maintenance, electrical work, breakdown work, water systems and HVAC systems.
Purchase:
ERP/Purchase Module operations, sourcing, vendor development, raw materials, RLD/excipients, packing materials and engineering/consumable procurement.
