Job Overview

Job Summary

The company is seeking an experienced General Manager – QA/QC to lead the complete Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions in a Nutraceutical manufacturing setup. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining robust quality systems, ensuring compliance with GMP, FSSAI, and other regulatory standards, overseeing laboratory operations, managing audits, handling deviations and CAPA, and driving continuous quality improvement across manufacturing operations.

This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on experience in both QA and QC operations.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:

• M.Sc

• B.Pharm

• M.Pharm

Additional Qualification (Preferred):

• Quality Management

• Regulatory Affairs

• GMP / FSSAI Compliance Certifications

Experience Required

• 15–20+ years of overall experience in QA/QC.

• Strong experience in Nutraceutical, Dietary Supplement, Food, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.

• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role such as:

  • General Manager (GM)

  • Deputy General Manager (DGM)

  • Assistant General Manager (AGM)

  • Head – QA/QC
